As you have probably heard the Feds cut the Reserve Rates twice in the last week and a half. Early last week they cut the rates by 3/4 of a percent. This is the email I got from one of my mortgage people the day after that that occured:

This cute little log cabin is right in the heart of Huntsville. It really is adorable, the only thing wrong with is that the listing info is not correct. It only had 2 bedrooms. There is a large family room that could be converted into a very sizable downstairs master if you wanted to do it, which would make this home just about perfect.(comment)
It seems that new entertainment and shopping complexes are being planned all around Huntsville just as the new Bridge Street Town Centre (aka the Bridge Street Project) is finally opening. The grand opening was on Nov. 1 and over the last month more and more of the pieces have opened, with many more planned over the coming months.
